Before the redesign, we conducted a full analysis of the previous version of the product, organized a large focus group to identify problems and inconveniences in using the app. Based on this information, we developed an interactive prototype, which was a key tool to increase conversion rates by 37%. The significant increase in conversions was achieved through our development strategy, which included testing the prototype (usability) among current users. We not only took into account the needs and expectations of current customers, but also ensured maximum usability for new users who encountered our app for the first time.
