I approached the design as a brand, modern, in line with 2026 trends and built to stay relevant for years. But that's just the baseline. The real work was treating the site as a product: I studied who their clients are, how they search, and where they drop off. I built everything around one goal, turning a visitor into a lead. Clear pricing logic, an availability calendar, and a simple quote form. Then I set up local SEO for Prague and tuned the site with real data, so it brings clients on its own, not only through ads.

Problem
We want to grow, but we're stuck.
The website was like a business card, and while we were small, that was enough.
We ordered design a few times, but everyone just makes it look nice and disappears. Nobody thinks about whether leads will come, nobody looks at the numbers or figures out who our clients are. So we have a site, but it barely works, leads only come from ads. I don't need just design, I need someone who takes it to a result and actually makes the site bring in clients
